Since 2022, Sierra has worked hands-on in sync licensing, most recently as a Licensing Coordinator for Heavy Hitters Music, where she contributed to placements across major broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, FOX) and premium platforms (Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Disney).
